Description of the project: Horwath HTL was in charge of assisting the developers for the reconstruction of this hotel. We carried out a product development (including planning and designing) and feasibility study for the scheme of an exclusive members club, The Resort & Spa Modani luxury with a total of 133 rooms.

Horwath HTL provided a detailed assessment of the market conditions and regulatory processes (that might affect the project), created a custom product concept and operational business model, including marketing material and system documents for its operation, in conjunction with the development team and other advisors.

The project is currently under continuous refinancing.
