Scope of Work: Hotel Asset Management

Project description: Four-Star Hotel with 136 rooms, renovated in 2009, located 300 meters from the train station of Granada, next to the University Park of Fuente Nueva and the University of Granada. We work on behalf of the owner of the hotel, defending their interests against the operator (renter), ensuring that:

• The hotel is operated and marketed optimally to generate revenue, convert them into operational benefits, in a very competitive pricing market. Working with an oversupply that will not be absorbed by new demand in the short term.
• Marketing and distribution strategies correspond to a Business Plan, with the objective to recover an optimal level of profitability of the establishment. Through an analysis of optimal and realistic positioning for the hotel, the brand, the routes of distribution and commercial affiliation are defined.
